SHIPPING

Hats and Veils offer a registered shipping service. For delivery within Australia this is a flat rate of $10.95 . Price includes packaging and handling. Delivery does not include insurance. Your order will be delivered within 4 weeks from receipt of payment. Hats and Veils are not responsible for your order once it has been despatched. You will be supplied with tracking number at time of despatch.

RETURNS

All returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We do whatever we can to make sure that all products are in good condition before we ship them out to you. Items must be in their original state and in the condition they were sent in. Partial returns will will not be accepted. Postage costs will not be refunded and return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. To request for a return please email us within 3 days of receiving your goods at returns@hatsandveils.com.au. Products need to be returned to us within 14 days if your return is to be accepted. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, Hats and Veils will exchange/refund your purchase price (not including shipping and handling cost). We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
